Moroccan Lentil Soup
Great. My husband wants to have grid again. Also 4 kids I served it to ate it up. I left out the tomatoes bc I didn't have any. I subbed the recommended moroccan seasoning blend rather than garam masala.

Sweet and Sassy Hash Browns
I forgot the brown sugar and they were still sweet enough. Tasted great!!

Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Awesome!! It's good as is or with pepperjack instead of the one of the other cheeses.
