Sorry, but I did not care for this at all. I thought that it would be great with all of the amazing reviews, but nobody in my family would eat it. We ended up wasting an entire pot of soup and ordering take-out instead...

I added some shredded dark meat chicken and it was amazing! Everyone loved it. Also used premade matzo ball mix and added some parsley. Making it again tonight!

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

This was SO quick and tasty! Tastes just like the black bean soup at a local Mexican restaurant! I did use HOT salsa by accident and had to re-make the whole thing because my mouth was on FIRE! Be sure you pay attention to the type of salsa you use - it DOES make a difference!

This was very good! I thought it needed a little something, but couldn't quite put my finger on it. Also, I think maybe I should have toasted the bread a little before putting the tomato mixture on, as it got a bit soggy. I will definately try again with some changes though!

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese

I had high hopes that this would be wonderful after reading all the reviews, but this tasted WAY too much like breadcrumbs and cream cheese. The flavors of both were very strong. No one in my family liked this, not even my kids who LOVE mac and cheese.
