Basil Chicken Strips

My daughter and I made this tonight. It was so delicious! We did use more butter, and we added fresh garlic into the pan as we cooked it. The flavors are so beautiful, and aromatic in your mouth! We made mashed potatoes with this, but it can go with so many sides. Pasta, mashed potatoes, orzo, white rice, spring vegetables, I mean, i could just go on! Try this, make this, and enjoy it!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

I don't think 5 stars is enough, I think I need to go to 10 or 15. I did modify it a bit though. Took out the garlic powder and used fresh minced garlic as well and cooked it on top for a long time. Then I finally flipped it and just let the garlic flavor go into the remaining butter and cooked it til it became crisp. Didn't have the capers or cream. I served it over white rice that I mixed the butter from the pan into to flavor. The end result was a new favorite of my husband, myself, and his best friend! The flavor is amazing and I never would have thought of it on my own!

Yummy Pork Chops

My family was blown away by the flavor in this recipe, and I was blown away by how easy it was! Have already used it successfully with Chicken as well.

Chicken A La Orange

I agree with others, this is pretty bland. I'd like to try it again with some garlic and some spice. I served it with Orzo and spinach. Actually, it's the creamed spinach from here, but I followed some of the suggestions and made it without the cream.

Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms

I've been making this for years, since I found this on this site, and my husband loves it! The only thing that I change is I use portobello mushrooms and cut up a couple of the tops.

Easy Garlic and Rosemary Chicken

Made this for dinner tonight & my husband, myself AND my mother in law all loved it. Cooked some rosemary asparagus on the side & served with a simple salad. I didn't measure out the rosemary, I just eyeballed it and it was perfect. I put extra lemon juice just to prevent it from drying out, but next time will cover with foil.
