Carrot Souffle with Brown Sugar

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2009
My family loves this recipe (I think it is okay) and I make it often. I use a blender and it makes a great consistancy. I always make it with 3 cans of carrots instaed of raw to save on time. I just noticed that the submitter says vanilla in the description but there isn't any in the ingredients? Maybe I will add some next time.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2006
These were not good. I am an experienced baker and make peanut butter cookies all the time. I wanted to try a new recipe... These tasted bland and NOT like PB. They also crumble, I can't believe they got a 4 star average! My husband won't even touch them, and he eats anything!

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2006
My husband really liked this recipe but I did not think it had enough flavor. The potatoes were very good but shouldn't be boiled for 10 minutes- make sure to check them after 5 minutes.

Wisconsin Maple & Clover Honey Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2006
This ham is so good! It is very sweet but I think that is the best for ham. Using real maple syrup is the best and the glaze can be cut in 1/2. This is my favorite ham! It also tastes great frozen (leftovers!) with a little of the glaze on it.

Peanut Butter Candy Blossoms

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2005
Very good! I brought them to work and everyone raved. Rolling them in powdered sugar before you bake them really makes them look and taste better (I made them with and with out).

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2005
Always a hit- with a few adjustments. To make it a bit more creamy I add another 1/4 of a cup of cream cheese and an extra 1/4 of a cup of sour cream. I also add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and ½ a teaspoon of salt to give it a little kick. Everyone always wants the recipe!
