Red Skinned Potato Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2014
I make this and everyone always loves it and wonders what my "secret ingredient" is! I think its the bacon! I use a mix of green onion and Vidalia onion in this. And I broil the bacon in the oven! The bacon is best when it is VERY crispy, so it is easily crumbled. It is also my personal preference to use Real Mayo rather than low-fat or Miracle whip. This potato salad may take some time and effort, but it is really worth it!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2014
I made this cheesecake just as the recipe states EXCEPT...I did use 2 cups of cookie crust. My only suggestion would be to use a water bath (which I did not do, and it did crack a little on the top). But if your cheesecake does crack, its not a huge deal ! I served this to my co-workers and they thought it was amazing!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 4, 2014
Made exactly as directed (although I cut the recipe in half as I didn't need 72 cookies ) and they turned out awesome!

Strawberry Cake II

Reviewed: May 4, 2014
Im not a huge fan of strawberry cake, but my husband is so I decided to give this a try. I made the batter as instructed. For the frosting though, I did one stick of butter, 2 cups confectionary sugar, and a little evaporated milk. And I put in a tiny bit of strawberries to add color. This frosting turned out awesome. I also added mini chocolate chips to the side :) looked awesome! Tasted great too!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2014
I made these for a birthday party and they were a HIT! Everyone raved about them I was shocked. They weren't exactly the easiest cupcake I've ever made.... But I will make again! I made 3 batches, one with marble cake mix, one with funfetti cake mix, and one with butter golden cake mix. For the record, DONT use butter golden cake mix! The consistency does not work with the cookie dough! I had to throw this batch out. But the others turned out very good! I only baked for 17 minutes, and that made them perfect.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2014
Amazing! I used almost 2.5 lbs of chicken which made about 16 sandwiches, for 6 people, and there were no leftovers!!!! I used Italian marinade sauce instead of Italian dressing. And I also added onion. And I topped the sandwiches with coleslaw--so good!

Meatball Nirvana

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2014
I made these meatballs for the super bowl. I made them to use in another recipe, grape jelly/BBQ crockpot meatballs. Needless to say, they were a huge hit!
