Glazed Meatloaf I
Very good meatloaf recipe. I added some parsley and garlic to the mixture, and added some more breadcrumbs (I had cornbread lying around) to the mixture...I only had one pound of lean meat so I cooked it for about 35 minutes, and then added the glaze (I did double the recipe as some suggested...I like it because I like the sweet with the savory) and baked for another was excellent. I think this is going to taste even better as leftover meatloaf sandwhiches. My husband also really enjoyed its a keeper.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Very very good recipe, I made a half recipe trial run last night to see if I wanted to use it for this Thanksgiving. I definitely will. I used Louis Rich Turkey Sausage because it doesn't have a pork casing and I don't eat pork. I left out the liver because I didn't find any, and I used the Peppridge Farm cornbread stuffing in a bag...used the same amount as the dried bread, and I used chicken stock...but had to use about double the amount to get it nice and moist how I wanted. Next time I'll cut back just a little on the sausage because it was a bit too meaty..which some ppl love..and I'll grind it up some before I add the rest of the ingredients because there were large chunks of sausage. Other than that...fantastic recipe!

Artichoke Bruschetta
Great appetizer recipe! I toasted the bread before putting on the artichoke mix. Next time I'll saute the onions first (I don't like the raw flavor) with a little garlic maybe. I was really surprised as to how tasty this turned out though!
