Can't go wrong with this recipe. I even made some the day before, sliced it up and poured it into a large foil pan with about 1" of the cooking liquid and into the refrigerator. The next day I reheated in the oven until hot while I made another pot of corned beef and cabbage on the stove for the aromas. The reheated tray was just as good as the fresh corned beef and it was easier to have some already done.
