Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2014
Delicious and simple! This soup was excellent. I added some carrots because I had them. We also served it with shredded cheddar on top. Everyone loved it. Thanks! Will definitely make again.

Easter Breakfast Casserole

Delicious! I've used cooked crumbled sausage when I didn't have bacon, could also do chunks of ham. I prepared it the night before, then cooked it in the morning and it was great!

Simple and delicious! You could serve a few skewers over spaghetti tossed with olive oil, garlic and fresh parsley.

Wonderful presentation! A different way to serve the infamous tomato & fresh mozzarella. Everyone raved over how cute the platter looked.

Make sure you add the salt!!! It's not in the directions so it's easy to forget.

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2007
Can't go wrong with this recipe. I even made some the day before, sliced it up and poured it into a large foil pan with about 1" of the cooking liquid and into the refrigerator. The next day I reheated in the oven until hot while I made another pot of corned beef and cabbage on the stove for the aromas. The reheated tray was just as good as the fresh corned beef and it was easier to have some already done.

Rockin' Oysters Rockefeller

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2007
Although this was yummy, we ended up with a very cheesey mixture so not much of the oyster flavor was coming through. I'd make again and maybe omit one of the cheeses and add more butter to make a thinner spinach mixture.

Flavorful Beef Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2007
Tasty but too salty. I would use low-sodium soy sauce next time. I also used red wine since that's what I had.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2005
this recipe is delicious!! I make it ahead of time and put it in the fridge until I'm ready to bake and serve. Everyone always loves this dip. I do cut the garlic down to 2 cloves instead of 3.
