Million Dollar Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2005
I made this as one of 2 desserts for Easter. Used 3 eight-inch square foil pans (to make 3 short layers, and no cutting layers involved). Used French vanilla pudding and French Vanilla Cool Whip. Followed others advice. Made on Friday, let it sit uncovered in frige (icing protects it), and got rave reviews and requests for the recipe. Thanks, Glenda!

Kansas City Style Pork Back Ribs

These were spectacular! Had to use oven, then broiled the sauce for 2-min per side. Truly, a great recipe. Don't miss these ribs.

Red, White and Blue Slaw Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2006
I made this yesterday for an early 4th of July BBQ at a friend's this evening. The flavor was FANTASTIC yesterday, and even better today! Can't believe such a simple recipe is so tasty. Also used Marzetti's slaw dressing, gorgonzola (my deli was out of blue cheese), and my home grown cherry tomatoes will be added before I leave the house. Thanks, Marcy!

Beer Butt Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2006
I know additional reviews aren't necessary, but I just tried this on the grill last night and it was AWESOME. Took various review suggestions --- 1/2 c. butter with garlic powder & Cajun seasonings; sprayed outside & sprinkled with garlic powder and Cajun seasonings; stuffed neck with 1/2 lime. WONDERFULLY CRISP and MOIST. Took 1-1/2 hrs on lowest grill setting. THANKS BARRIE!

Turkey Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2007
This is GREAT! Made it last night with cooked turkey from my freezer, Stove Top stuffing (2 cups), Heinz jar gravy (1 jar)and frozen mixed veggies (2 cups, moderately pre-cooked in microwave). I've read reviews that called this bland, but it tastes like a true Shepherd's Pie to me. This is a new FAVORITE. Thanks Linda.

Pesto Chicken Florentine

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2013
Add my kudos for a flexible, fast and tasty meal. I didn't have spinach, so this time used broccoli heads (which I nuked for a bit to soften). Thanks for a great recipe.
