YUM...I was looking for a simple healthy cereal bar recipies, and I found this. I used blueberry yogurt, and it gave great flavor. They kind of stuck around the corners, but I ate the trimmings haha...also cut the butter into smaller pieces...other wise a great recipie! yummmmmm

Double Chocolate Biscotti

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2005
Being Italian, these biscotti's were REALLY good. They were not to sweet, satisfied my chocolate craving, and was really yummy. They were light and crisp. I left them in the oven a little longer, cause i like my biscotti on the crisper side. I also added almonds instead of white chocolate cause i did not have any. They turned out gread, and I HIGHLEY suggest them! :D CIAO

Really Basic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2005
EXCELLENT COOKIES! I thought that I botched this batch, but they turned out great! The dough was not really "rollable" but I just plopped it on to the cookie sheet. They came out so soft and gooey. YUM. This is my totally favourite peanut butter cookie! These are good if you loveeee soft cookies, like I do :) Highly recomended :D

Crisp Rice Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2005
These cookies turned out good. They were a different kind of chocolate chip cookie, more "cake" like. I added in an extra egg, and put a cup less of the rice cereal. The rice cereal made them chewy, and crispy. I would use only 1 cup rice cereal. This recipie is a keeper!
