World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2015
This is the best Lasagna I have had in years. I would suggest using a Lasagna or a Deep Dish 13x9 baking dish. A regular cake pan 13x9 seems to be to small. Can anyone please tell me how to arrange 6 noodles without major overlapping with the pan size provided. I did go by the whole recipe and ended up with an 13x9 and an 8x8 pan. The taste is fantastic the way it should be.

A Baker's Secret for Bread Machines

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
I loved this simple recipe, because you do the basic step in any bread making is to make sure your yeast is active otherwise no matter what you do it will no rise. I did also added a pinch of sugar as my grandmother did. Thank you for letting us share this recipe. I too also used butter not lard. I will try to use the bacon grease I have next time to go with Liver and Onions.

Famous Restaurant Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2007
I use this recipe and found very fast and easy. I did add a few of my own touches such as sauted garlic and onions; parmesan cheese and real lemon zest and fresh ground pepper and touch of white wine. The next time I will try fresh ground nutmeg. I will never by store bought again. This also works with 2% Milk just added a little more butter and cream cheese.

Watermelon Fire and Ice Salsa

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2006
This truly the best dish I've had in years. It is different and yet it blends so nicely. I've tried this on some many different people they love and beg for the recipe. Also it is easy and ready to go in minutes. Add this one to your next summer party or when ever you have a hankering for watermelon......

Wicked Good Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2006
This is a very good dip however this is a large batch and would recommend cutting it in half if you have other appetizers with it. I also added in onion since I can't seem to live without them. This is the second time making this. I made last summer and it was a hit. I think I added onion automatically. I also added a little sour cream to soften the texture. This is a great recipe it is a keeper.

Oysters Rockefeller from USA Weekend

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2005
This was a very easy recipe. However I feel if I had added onion with the garlic it would have given it more of a punch. I felt something was missing I think it was the onions. Also I use fresh spinach and sautee the spinach a little longer it was very good. Will do it again only with onions the next time...Dohna

Fresh Asparagus and Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2005
This was a great recipe I will use again. Can't wait to try it on hubby. The only change I made was I simmered the asparagus with the chicken stock and saute' onions and celery together and added 2 cloves of garlic to the onions and celery this brought up the flavour quite a bit. This is a keeper
