Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
I have not used a different dough recipe once since finding this. It is amazing.
Tonight I made homemade soup and tried this recipe to make bread sticks with it. I rolled out the dough in a rectangle, brushed it with egg wash, then sliced it into 8 inch by 1/4 inch thickness. I brushed the top with butter, basil and parmesan cheese, and baked them for 15 minutes. just as good as the pizza dough way! YUM! thanks Jay!
