When I need a recipe, I always turn to this site. I look at the number of reviews and the one with the most is the one I choose. This marsala is a total winner and unlike these other cooks, the recipe is written as the author created it, so why would you "tweek" it?? Perfect as written!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Iused 3 eggplants, on 3 cookie sheets and the sheets on middle rack and bottom rack never even got brown. I guess I'd better cook one sheet at a time. 450 for 7 mins. Then again when all was put together and served, I'm the only one who knows they were all not browned :-)

Bacon Cheese Puffs

I have just made my third batch of these for the Holidays and about to make one more for New Year's Eve! Fantastic reviews from my guests. I did, however, make it easy on myself and used Oscar Meyer bacon bits instead of cooking all that bacon....same flavor!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This is my fiance's favorite dinner to order in a restaurant, so I decided to make it for Christmas Eve. "Finger lickin good" as our dinner guests remarked....and I read where someone said to double the sauce and glad that I did!
