Stuffed Kielbasa

My whole family loved this! I made one with sauerkraut and the other without. The kids loved how the potatoes were in the sausage. Great dinner and so easy to make!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

This was really easy to make! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because my husband and I thought it was a little bland. However, all 4 of my kids asked for seconds! That never happens! I will make again since my kids loved it. Thanks!

Chili Macaroni Casserole

This was so easy to make and worked well with our crazy schedule. I made ahead and my kids heated it up when they came home from practices. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the heat was too much for my 2 younger kids. My older kids and husband were fine. The sour cream helped cut the heat some. I will make again, however I will use half of the suggested seasoning. Thanks for sharing this delicious easy recipe!

Fluffy White Frosting

This is so easy to make and it is delicious! Really tastes like marshmallows! It looks wonderful on a cake. Smooth and shiny. I followed the directions to a T and it was wonderful. My kids fought for the leftovers.

Chocolate Eclair Cake

New Orleans Corn Bisque with Smoked Sausage

I think this has a lot of potential. I followed the reviews and added more chicken broth. It was still a little bland and had a there was a strong flour taste. I will try again with more chicken broth and additional seasonings to cut the flour. Great idea.

French Beef Stew

This was wonderful on a cold and rainy night. The only thing I changed was I added some more potatoes for the kiddos. We all loved it with crusty french bread! The kids were worried that the meat would be chewy, but it was soft enough for their little teeth. Thanks!

Meatball Noodle Soup

This was so easy and good. I did not use hamburger that was lean enough because it was very greasy. I ended up skimming a lot of grease off the top. Next time I will use very lean hamburger. Kids loved the idea of meatball soup!

Sausage Pepper Sandwiches
