Very easy recipe. Too much liquid, though. I chopped up the leftovers and made pea soup with it... my picky Irish husband LOVED it!

Good and VERY EASY, but a bit oily... will try with 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 mayo next time, as others have commented.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

I marinated it for 48 hours, and there STILL wasn't enough flavor for my hubby and me; quite boring, in fact. I thought it was going to be spectacular from all the rave reviews, but it was very disappointing.

WAY too much filling--I could've made two pies! Also, the tequilla and orange liquor need to be doubled in order to really get the taste.

Everyone always raves whenever I make this! One warning: cool down the glass container before washing it; I broke a thick glass measuring cup from heating the mixture then trying to wash it too soon between batches!

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms

I used baby portobellos instead of regular white mushrooms, and I didn't have white wine handy, so I used champagne. I added grated lemon zest while cooking and at the end to cut the sweetness of the champagne and add some brightness to the flavors. My very picky hubby really liked it!
