Braised Balsamic Chicken
I did doctor this recipe a little to our personal tastes. I added minced garlic to the olive oil when cooking the chicken. I'm not a big fan of garlic salt so I just worked that out on my own with real garlic and salt. I'll use my favorite higher grade balsamic next time rather than the store brand I used. The balsamic I usually buy has more flavor and I think that's all the difference it will take to make this a 5 rather than a 4.

Tandoori Chicken II
The flavors were really good. As others have stated, it was a little dry so I'll probably try the Tandori I version to increase the moisture. However, the spices on Tandori II were perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.
