Teriyaki Tuna Steaks

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
I have never made Tune steaks before as I never thought I could compete with restaurants. This recipe was easy and amazing. My husband still raves to his friends and family that I make the best tuna steaks ;)

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
This was a great cheesecake and really easy to make too. I used a shortcut mentioned in other review and just used microwaved jam instead of fresh berries. It turned out perfect.

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
This turned out amazing. I used the frozen shrimp from Costco and threw all of the marinade ingredients into the ziploc bag the shrimp come in. I have also tried baking these in the oven as a scampi over angel hair pasta. You can't go wrong with this recipe.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
This was amazing!!!! My husband hates ranch dressing, so I was afraid he wouldn't like this, but he raved about it. We'll be making it for our next dinner guests.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
This was wonderful and super easy. We put it on whole wheat hamburger buns and will be making it again for Father's Day. My toddler, who barely eats any protein, also loves this.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
This was great, but I agree with the other reviewers that it needed more eggs. I'll definitely make it again with this one change.

Slow Cooker Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
I always screw up mashed potatoes and these turned out perfect. I used the high setting and only needed to cook them for 3 hours (they started to get a bit burnt). I also added about 3t. of crushed garlic instead of the garlic powder and used (6)russet potatoes.

Cranberry Orange Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
the flavor of these cookies was great, but I didn't care for the consistency, the dough was very sticky the first batch was flat. I took the advice of other reviewers and added more flour, but they just didn't turn out to be a "cookie" consistency.

White Peach Sangria

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
This is a great Sangria! I've served it several times and am always asked for the recipe. It's also a nice alternative to the traditional red wine sangria when you want something a little lighter and fruitier.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
This was okay. It was very simple, but just wasn't anything all that special. I think kids will like it more than adults.

Jamie's Minestrone

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2011
I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. I've made this minestrone several times and every time I get asked for the recipe. The only change I make is to add some red chili flakes (I like spice) and sometimes I add ground turkey (browned first). I think adding turkey means this is technically no longer minestrone, but if I want all my food groups in one bowl it works for me.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2012
Just made a few changes, but was super yummy! I omitted the cheddar cheese from the mixture as other reviewers said it was overly greasy, but sprinkled a little cheddar cheese on top before serving. After I melted all the ingredients in the pan, I poured it into a 8x8 pan and served right away. Non need to put in the oven.

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2013
LOVE LOVE LOVE this! I followed others' recommendations and marinated/cooked the salmon in foil for about 30 minutes and omitted the garlic salt.
