Banana Banana Bread

I made a doubt batch of this recipe, but only used a single batch worth of sugar, and it was fabulous! I gave it 4 stars because I think it would be too sweet with the full sugar content. Otherwise, the recipe and baking instructions turned out great.

Slow Cooker Chili II

First, it took longer than 15 mins to prep. But maybe I am slow. My other remark is that it was quite tasteless. Maybe it will be better next day? I will taste it tomorrow before finding an alternate recipe and adjust the seasoning accordingly. Granted, I used fresh parsley instead of dried (because I didn't have any) and I could have used a smoked chilli powder instead of regular. I did not have any cannellini beans so I used black beans instead. However, these changes should not be responsible for the lack of flavour. As it is, this is not a keeper.

Garlic Prime Rib

This rub is amazing! I used it on a bone in pork rib roast. I honestly don't know what cut it was, since I pulled it out of the freezer thinking it was beef (sad but true). Since it was a smaller roast than the recipe called for, I cut the oil and seasoning in half, but kept the garlic at 10 cloves (I LOVE garlic). I followed the recommended cooking temps, pulled it out at 150 and it was cooked PERFECTLY. (Idiots luck?). I look forward to trying it with actual prime rib!
