This was the best meatloaf I've ever eaten. Even my husband, a meatloaf hater, ate it and liked it. My kids wouldn't eat it, but then, they hardly eat meat at all. The only changes I made were using half saltines, half Ritz crackers, because it's what I had. And adding a couple teaspoons of honey dijon mustard to the sauce for the top to give it more of a sweet-sourness. I also put the sauce on top. It was perfect and best of all it did not crumble when cut like so many meatloaves do. This has replaced my old favorite meatloaf recipe.
