WoW! WoW! yum! this is incredible! we added black beans and corn and served over rice only to take this recipe to the TOP! Very very good! Will be in our home for life.

Sal...this is wonderful! I made what I call "enchilada chicken" with this sauce. I made the recipe as listed. I did use tomato sauce, and noticed it was a bit to thin so I added a can of mushroom soup. BANG! That made it just right...thickness perfect. I then added one boneless chicken breast cut into chunks and cooked the sauce w/the chicken chunks for about 20 minutes on the stove top. We put this sauce over bismatti or white rice,grated sharp cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips. My husband requested we keep this recipe around, and to make it again for our next family gathering! Thank you for this tasty, yummy recipe!

Super moist and yummy! The Cheez-it crackers make this as good as it is. At the end of cooking, I drizzled some warm plum sauce over the breasts. Kind of gave it that "sweet salt" thing. Thank you for this post!

~Super Supper~ should be the side name to this one. I used ground turkey instead of beef and I changed the tomato sauce and used spegehetti sauce instead. I also sauted chopped onions and fresh mushrooms and placed that in with the cheese and sauce before rolling it up. MMMM Good! I served it with butter and parsley angel hair pasta and corn. My husband was in bliss! Thank you for this post. It's a keeper!

Super and filling soup. I added about 1/2-3/4 lb of mild italian sausage and I used a tbs of italian seasoning instead of basil leaves. Also had macaroni on hand instead of shells....wow, what a combo. Thank you for this post, we will keep it for life!

A++++++Zowie! This was so meaty and tasty. I did add a slice of sharp chedder cheese to each patty and sauted onions on top of that. I also added a smidge of bread crumbs. Turned out so good we did not even need buns. Yum! We will keep this around. Thank you so much for this post.

Well now....these chops were perfect in a pinch and then some! My chops were thin so I reduced the oven temp to 300 degrees for one hour and they turned out tender and tasty! Thank you for this post...it is indeed a keeper!

Bam! These cookies totally live up to their given name! First off, I only tweaked the butter ratio, by using one stick of butter and one stick of crisco. This combo makes for a crispy edge and nice chewy center in any cookie recipe. The rest of the recipe I followed to the end, and they turned out beautifully! My tip to those who haven't tried this recipe, (or even for those that have) is follow the instructions exactly as Alex wrote them. Leaving them on the cookie sheet after coming out of the oven is as important as baking them in the oven! Do NOT omit this from your steps. I promise folks if you do every step and ingredient you will end up with outrageous, bakery worthy cookies. I am very glad I didn't let the neg. reviews intimidate me out of making these cookies.
