Stovetop Yankee Pot Roast

I browned the meat in a skillet and then transfered everything to a crock pot. After 3 hours, the beef still was not tender. The flavor was very good though and I will fix this roast again.

This recipe was very good, but there was too much filling for the pie crust. I would cut back on the cheese and milk.

Hash Brown Quiche

I modified the recipe a little (used turkey, bacon bits and ham) and it was average. There needs to be a recommendation on seasoned salt. I think I used a little too much. Also, the recipe does not specify frozen or thawed potatoes.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

The flavor of the outer layer of the roast was good, but it didn't penetrate the whole pork line very well. Next time I'll use a flavor injector to inject the cooking mixture into the roast before cooking.

Easy Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

Too much milk and too much salt. I suppose salt depends on your taste, but I only used 1/8 tsp (instead of 1/2 tsp) and that was plenty. Like another reviewer said, there was a lot of liquid left once the eggs were cooked. I think I will try 4 tbsp next time. The eggs were fluffy though.
