Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2005
all i can say is THANK YOU!! i thought this was so easy even tho i had to change the recipe a bit. my son is allergic to milk soy egg and a few other things but luckly for us he loves peanut butter and can eat it. i made it like stated, but made cookies a little smaller and instead of the egg i used an egg replacer, hoping it would work, and it did!! we have a super bowl party to go to and i am incharge of desserts, wanting to make something that my son could eat made it a little harder (as well as i have been sick allweek and not gone grocery shopping) anyway,,,this is great and can be easily adapted for those who can't have egg

Squash Casserole I

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2005
Rhis was great!! I used zuchinni and squash with red onions sauted it instead of boil it, i used both since my kids will change thier mind on what color of squash they like day by day. i do not care for boiled which is why i used sauted, ialso did not add the eggs, my youngest can't eat them or any milk or soy products, so trying to find a cassarole dish everyone will like is hard. my hubby even like it even tho there is not much in veggies he doesn't like. the only thing i would change in my recipe is stir fry the squash a little more, then i transfered it into a stoneware bowl topped with fresh garden tomatos and baked for 30 minutes. THANK this was awesome

this was awesome, it was the first time i made this meal. i have never made it before and my friend was celebrating her bday and loves manicotti. It was easy i made it and let it sit overnight inthe fridge. i did bake one small try that night to make sure it tasted good before i served it tho! my hubby liked it oo, unfortunatly my sons did not try it one can't eat milk products anyway but they had spaghetti with us. i will definaly make this again and maybe try different filling besides spinach. thank you for an easy meal that my friend loved. it was filling adn i have plenty leftover i doubled the batch it was so easy!! and the only thing i changed was i added some mozzerella cheese to the mixture (i love cheese anyway)

I made this for thanksgiving this year and it was a HUGE hit. Even my husband who hates sweet potatoes tried it adn really liked it, he even had more the next day! the only change i made was i used rice milk, my son is allergic to milk soy eggs, and I used egg replacer, no one could tell the difference, my sons ate it up. Everyone loved it so much i had to print out the recipes for them. I have a few christmas parties to go to and will be definalty makeing this. i will even make some for the special needs kids i work with to try it and see if they want to make it for thier thanksgiving feast they put on for staff next year. I woudl definatly recommed this to anyone who wants to impress others. I made it the day before coked it for 30 minutes then put in fridge and the next day i put in oven for 15 minutes and it was awesome.

i made this for my son who can't have eggs, i thought it tasted good but it did not rise well, it turned out he did not like it but everyone else thought it was good, the only reason i am giving it a 4 star is due to the not rising, just wished my son had liked it since it was made for him
