personally i do not like beer at all, but these are wonderful. the only thing i changed was cut back on the butter adn first cooked out ont he grill before i put inthe pan with the mixture, also i added a couple drops of hot sauce, most of the family loves hot sauce, my cousin hates it but i can't keep him away from these even with the hot sauce in it. great for a bbq and a late snack. This is a huge request for my to bring to any party that i go to adn i do give credit to you!! thank you again

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2007
this was just what i needed. Had leftover chicken breasy (again) and wanted something different for a change. i am not a big fan of enchiladas but thouht i would give it a try my hubby loves them. I had to cut the recipes in half sicne i did nto have enough of everything, i also did not use the beans and i added cheese salsa to make the amount needed. It was awesome, this is a keeper. it was fast easy and different i also did not have the enchilada sauce so i used a little taco sauce. turned out great hubby did not wait to take it to lunch he ate it tonight for supper!!

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2007
This was fast and easy (just what i like in the morning) i loved this recipe due to the fact that i can use my sons rice milk instead of reg. milk he has milk allergies. i also used his "butter" and the other children could not tell the difference. i doubled the recipe so it was also a quick morning breakfast and also so my allergy son could take some to day care to have when the other kids have pancakes. i will be printing this recipe out to give to the day care provider thank you

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2007
Thia was wonderful, full of flavor i did not have brown sugar so i used 1/2 C white sugar adn ?? amount of molases, along with the sauce that came with the ham, also added some rasins, put in slow cooker 2 hours on high adn the rest on low, once done put on warm, everyone raved about it we used spiral ham did not fit so cut it off the bone, would reccommend if doing that to watch as slow cookers can vary (just like ovens) definate will make again

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2006
this was awesome i used it with a pork roast and served it on the side. i am not a big fan of cranberry's but it tasted better then i anticipated. everyone loved it and that was from 20 people since it was for my brothers going away party. thanks this is a definate. in stead of the stuffing ina box, i made a corn bread stuffing (better for my son to eat since he can't have milk, so made the corn bread with rice milk instead. no one knew it was made with rice milk.
