Lemon Blueberry Drop Scones

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
These are not only easy to make, they are moist and delicious. Every time I make them people tell me that they were the bset sconse they've had. I also use fresh raspberries and blackberries when in season with lemon or vanilla yogurt. I personally like the combo with the lemon yogurt the best.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2008
I made this tonight for my husband and my 2 year old daughter who can be a bit picky. We all loved it! My daughter ate all her carrots (and she doesn't like carrots)! I am not a fan of chicken noodle soup and I also really enjoyed this. I followed the advice of other and sauteed the carrots and some garlic with the other veggies. I used "Finding Nemo" pasta as it is easier for my 2 year old to eat. I also used rotisserie chicken from Costco. As a working mom I will definitely pass this recipe on to my friends and co-workers. This is so quick and easy for those of us who love to cook but just don't have the time.

Cake Mix Cookies III

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2005
This was a quick and very easy recipe for items that are found in most cupboards. I used a devil's food cake mix and butterscotch chips and it turned out great. No extra water needed. I used a cookie scoop and flattened out the cookies a bit with my fingers. Don't let them sit on the cookie sheet for more than 5 minutes or they will stick and may crack.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2002
I made this for a Christmas brunch last week and got rave reviews. I used orange juice instead of water and cooked it the day before. The next day I reheated it, and it was not mushy at all.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2002
This recipe is total crowd pleaser! I made mini loaves to give as gifts (they freeze well). Bake mini loaves for about 20 minutes. I also made this into an 8" layer cake and frosted with butter cream frosting and it was a hit at a neighborhood get-together! The cake took about 40-45 minutes.

Fruity Grilled Pork Tenderloin

I've made this recipe twice. My husband and my parents and brothers loved it! Watch the heat on the grill as the outside burns easily if not watched.

Amusement Park Cornbread

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2001
I used this recipe for corn muffins (It makes 18 muffins.) The baking time of 20 minutes was perfect for the muffins. If you add more time they will burn. They are fantastic!
