Baked Pork Chops I
I have been making this recipe since I first discovered it over a year ago. It continues to be a huge hit with hubby and I. I have always made it with apple juice or white grape juice since I have a 1 yr old and I always have that available rather than white wine. I think apple juice works THE BEST with these, gives them 100% more flavor as does sparkling juice. :) FYI if you plan on making mashed potatoes with this (i always do) you need to double the soup mixture to have enough. You will love this recipe! A++ from someone who has made this at least 20 times.

Barbecue Beef Cups
My husband and I did not care for this. Maybe it was the type of biscuits we used (grands flakey buttermilk). BUT This works great with scrambled eggs, sausage pieces and bits of bacon inside them smothered with white gravy and topped with cheese. It's a great new way to biscuits and gravy! We call our creation "breakfast in a biscuit". :) I give that one 5 *'s!
