Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I've been making these for years! I use fresh-shredded Parmesan in place of the grated. So good and a hit wherever I make them!

Baked Pork Chops I

I made the recipe almost as written. The only things I changed was I added grated Parmesan to the bread crumbs, and only cooked 3 chops instead of 6 (was all I had). But I kept the sauce the same. I'll admit, I was a little worried when I mixed the sauce together. All I could smell was wine (I used a cheap Chardonnay). But it turned out just fantastic!! Will make again!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Never fails! Make these so often, I've memorized the recipe. Sometimes, I do half peanut butter chips and half dark chocolate chips. For those of you confused about the pudding, DON'T add milk to it. Just add the dry mix in.
