Basil Shrimp

it was good. I took advice from other users and used all olive oil. I cut down the mustard by a tablespoon. I used dried basil. I used small shrimp and next time I will use the larger shrimp.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

fantastic! I used another reviewers idea and dusted them in flour and backed for 22 minutes. No salt needed on the chops, the cheese and bacon are enough. My family loved them!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

i used just butter and added a 2 cups of oats and 1 3/4 cup of flour. They turned out really well! I will make again. I might try using choc chips next time.

Vegan Bean Taco Filling

Good recipe. I omitted the corn meal, no need for it. I didn't have any cumin so I added taco seasoning and it was great. I will make this again. My boyfriend who LOVES meat ate it and liked it. I used someone's suggestion and didn't mash the beans all the way, and it gives it a heartier texture.

Simple Beef Stroganoff

i used ground turkey and added fresh garlic and a half of a white onion. After browned up the meat and added the cream of mushroom, it was a bit thick so I added a bit of milk to thin it out a bit. I used light sour cream and regular cream of mushroom and the dish turned out better than expected. It was quick and easy, I will totally make it again.

This is a great recipe! I have never made lentil soup until now, and I am very pleased with this recipe. I did modify just a bit. I added a and extra carrot, and a little more vinegar. Thanks!

it was good, i added oyster sauce and two eggs. I used yellow onion because i didnt have green onions. I will make this again. Its good to use day old rice too, if possible.

Mozzarella Parmesan Chicken

My boyfriend is the PICKIEST eater of all time and he liked it, except he thought the cheese was a little overwhelming. I thought it was perfect. I used thighs and seasoned them with Italian seasoning and a little garlic powder first. I served it over fettuccine noodles that were tossed in garlic, butter and basil. I will make it again for us. Great recipe. Thanks!

This was really good. I added carmel and ice cream too! I followed the recipe exactly, only making a little more crumble for the top. I used honey crisp apples, 3 large ones did the trick.

Perfect Baked Jerk Chicken

I followed the recipe to the T and it had a bit to much cinnamon in it for our liking. My man is calling it "cinnamon chicken". I will use this recipe again only cut the cinnamon down.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Pretty good. I used lowfat sourcream for the sauce, it was great. Also, I used a colby jack mix and it was perfect. I cut the bake time down to about 20 minutes. This was a great meal, and I plan on using it again.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

I used seasoned breadcrumbs and provolone cheese, it was pretty good. Invest in a meat mallot, I didn't have one and ripped the chicken a bit. Overall it turned out good.
