Spaghetti Pie III

My son told my I could never make just plain spaghetti again after I made this spaghetti pie. I used some left over spaghetti noodles for the pasta base. I did add a couple of whisked eggs that poured over the pasta before I added the rest of the ingredients just to bind them together. I also used sausage instead of ground beef to give it a little extra flavor. I had to add a little more time than what the recipe called for because it wasn't bubbling yet, but I might have had more left over pasta than what the recipe called for. I will make this again for sure!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

I made this for my family for Christmas Eve dinner because I needed something easy to put together since I worked all day. I uaed a pre-seasoned sirloin tip and cooked it for about 8 hrs. on low. After I sliced it, I put it back in it's juices while the buns were baking. I baked then broiled hogee buns with shredded italian cheese. My whole family raved about the sandwiches. My husband said it was better than what you can get in a resterant. My kids said it's their new favorite meal. Don't even hesitate to make this. It's wonderful!

Monkey Bread I

I made this for company and it was a big hit. It takes a little bit to put it together coating all the pieces of dough, but definatly worth the time. Next time I won't mix all the sugar and cinnamon together that the recipe calls for because I wound up throwing out quite a bit of it that I didn't use.
