Eggplant Parmesan II

EXCELLENT!!! Hubby LOVED it!!! Used 2 good size eggplants. I did sweat them as suggested & rinsed well & dried. Also baked on each side about 10 min to get golden & a little crisp.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Followed recipe exactly, it was very tender & juicy!! Needs a little more flavor. Served with baked potato & asparagus I. Will make again. Hubby loved it!!!!

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

OMG!!!!!! This recipe is a 10!!! So easy... Followed recipe exactly..but I did add the orange zest which gave it that extra flavor. Can't wait to make for family & friends during the holidays!!! Thanks Gerry!! For sharing!!!

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Made this last night. Hubby loved it!! Used Rotel tomatoes, pinto beans in place of kidney beans, 1 can of chopped green chilies & a can of corn. Live in Texas...so like it spicy!! Anyway, is low cal, comparatively so will make again. Try with corn bread muffins!!! YUMMY Thanks, Laura, for sharing!!!!!

Chicken Parmesan

Made this last...followed directions exactly. Was beyond wonderful. Hubby licked the plate. Served with salad & fresh brocilli & a Chardonnay wine. Will definitely make again...YUM!!!! Thanks for sharing, Chef John.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Followed the recipe EXACTLY!!!! Did large can of diced tomatoes. I started it in the early afternoon..Let it simmer for a while. Then turned off til about 1 hour before dinner. Added the zucchini & tortellini in the last 30 mins.. GREAT the next day!!!! LOVE IT.. Will make again & again!!!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

As said... IS QUICK & EASY!!! Our son was suffering from allergies.. Bad sore throat...head ache. Decided it was time for Mom to make some good ole fashion Chicken Noodle soup. Followed the advice of Brown Sugar Girl.. Turned out AWESOME!!! Great cure for a bad cold/allergies!!! BUT..is also great on a chilly, rainy evening..or really ANYTIME!!!! Thanks, Maryvm, for a quick, easy..BUT yummy chicken noodle soup!!!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Wonderful spin on a great vegetable. I agree with others, toss in a big mixing bowl & turn out onto baking dish. ADD onion flakes & other spices as desired. Before broiling, mix Panko crumbs & the parmesan. Sprinkle generously!!! And broil as directed. SO GREAT.. So FEW CALORIES!!!!! Thanks, Shellery

Deep-Fried Turkey Marinade

I followed the recipe, EXACTLY..... WAS PERFECT !! Have tried several recipes. This is my hubby's contribution to our turkey day so hated to suggest to let us try this. He loved it as well and said it was so much easier to prepare. Juicy and tender INSIDE...but, YES!! Blackened outside. If I had not read the reviews, I would have been concerned. All the family raved about it. It is a MUST from now on at our Thanksgiving.

Old Fashioned Raisin Pie I

YES!!! I finally found a great raisin pie recipe for my 93 yr old dad. His mom used to make it for their LARGE (11 kids) family. If you like raisins.. & cinnamon, this is for you. I soak the raisins in hot water for about a 1/2 hour, before proceeding with the recipes..YUMMY!!! Never thought I'd like raisin pie.. BUT I DO!!!

Fluffy Pancakes

OMG!!! So easy!!! SO GOOD!!! Will never buy box mix again. I have added blueberries to some...bits of strawberries to a batch....and of course....mini chocolate chips in a batch, which EVERYBODY loved...YUMMY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These were sure easy to make...Did add the salt AND the 2 Tsp of Vanilla..They are bland, otherwise. Great lil shortbread cookie...EXCELLENT with a cup of coffee in the morning.

Pepper-Honey Cedar Plank Salmon

OMG!!!!! This is AWESOME!!!! I took out the pecans & walnuts and added pumpkin seeds and pine nuts. You can do what ever you like!! Easy to make as well. GREAT munching AND on yogurt. Thanks for sharing, Megan!!!!

Fish Fillets Italiano

This is a 5 star dish!!!! I followed advice of adding parsley, Italian seasoning in with the tomatoes and all. Let it simmer for about 20 mins. Added Talipia underneath under the mixture and let it simmer til fish turned white. Did add some parsesan of the top. Served over brown rice. Was SOOOO delicious. Hubby LOVED it!!!!!
