Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Very tasty! Following some suggestions from the reviews, I added 1T Worcestershire to the glaze and spread it on top of the meatloaf as well as underneath. I used a 9X9 pan rather than a loaf pan. I cut down on the milk to 1/2C. Also, I used a meatloaf mix (beef, pork veal) because that's what I had on hand. I used bread crumbs rather than cracker crumbs. I baked it for 1 1/2 hours. My husband asked if this was a new recipe and wanted to know what I did differently. He said, "From now on, make this one!"

Japanese Zucchini and Onions
OK, this was very good. Even my zucchini-hating husband liked it. I am always looking for Asian veggie side dishes and this one is perfect. I served it with Sake Ginger Glazed Salmon from Simply Recipes. I used black sesame seeds because that's what I had on hand and I used 1T olive oil and 1T toasted sesame oil. Delish! Will definitely make again.

Spicy Chicken and Sweet Potato Stew
This was very good. My husband commented on how tasty it was. The only change I made was to substitute 1 cup of chicken stock for one of the cups of water in the recipe. Another commenter mentioned that the chicken got a bit lost in the recipe and I agree. Next time I make it, I will use 1.5 lbs. of chicken. This recipe would be good served over rice, which I will do when I heat up the leftovers.
