Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2005
Yummy! And very addictive I used butter shortening in the frosting in addition to the flavoring it worked very well.

We loved this! I used cider vinegar and doubled the garlic. We have used it on pork ribs and chicken wings with great success.

Party Cake Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2005
I thought this was excellent the sprinkles even stuck to the frosting without having to press them in, however my prissy three year old doesn't like anything stickey on her hands and was not thrilled with it on the cupcakes and refused to finish them :(

Gourmet Guacamole

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2006
This is soooo yummy. I used chipolte chili pepper, sour cream and fresh lemon juice to prevent browning. I used a very robust salsa, if you use a mild salsa I can imagine this would taste bland.

Oh my goodness! This is to die for! I used coffee instead of liquor and it was still yummy! I also used the satiny glaze from this site very good! Thanks!

Beef Stroganoff with Noodles

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2007
This was wonderful! We loved it here, I used 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt as we rarely put salt on anything. I also used fresh mushrooms instead of canned, I loved the way they tasted sauted and put in at the end they didn't get mushy!

Easter Egg Nests

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2007
These are super cute, super easy and super sweet (what do you expect from all that sugary stuff folks!). My 5 year old had a blast making them. It took less than 15 minutes to make 24 start to finish with "kid" help.

Very nice, I used an alcohol-removed chardonnay, with a hearty garlic sourdough loaf and a spinach salad. It tasted wonderful.

Perch Fillets

This was very tasty, sweet yet crunchy. My 2,4 and 6 year olds gobbled it up calling them fish sticks. A thousand times better than fish stick! Thanks for the recipe!

We didn't care for the saltines, it left a odd texture.

This just didn't work for us. The Italian dressing was way to strong.

Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

I choose this recipe because it had a large amount of berries. I added chopped pecans to the topping. Thanks for a super recipe.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2008
This was very, very simple and good. I added 1 pound of halved fresh mushrooms and used russet potatoes. It got a little watery (from the mushrooms) and I had to pour some of the liquid off to crisp up the potatoes.

Seven-Up™ Cake II

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2008
Wow, how easy! The kids loved the idea of soda in their cake. I used the whole can, I didn't try to use only 3/4 c, it worked well. I served it with a huckleberry sauce and whipped cream.

Turkey Broccoli Hollandaise

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2008
Very tasty, my 6 yr old loved it. I made my own Hollandaise, 1 cup of it and used turkey stock instead of water in the stuffing.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

This was good but a little sweet for us. I'd rather just baste with Buddah Belly Teriaki sauce.

I had a jar of dried beef, so I used that. My children 7,5 & 3 gobbled them down. That makes it a keeper for me!
