My favorite things to cook
I like things on the spicy, bistro-style side. Seasonal fare is best--light in the late spring, summer and early fall, comfort food in the late fall, winter and early spring. Take my cues from the family and restaurant menus, most of which you can make better and more tasty at home. In fact, I take it as a compliment that my beautiful bride prefers my food to going out to eat. Either I'm that good or our town needs better restaurants. :-)
