Tomato Soup Cake II
My cake turned out very dry and tasteless compared to other spice cakes I have made. I wondered if the 4 tsp. baking soda was correct so I didn't put all 4 tsp. in. Maybe that's where I went wrong. I don't think I'll be making this cake again.

Glazed Meatloaf I
This was a very good tasting meatloaf however, it did not stay together when sliced. I am not sure if it was too moist or whether another egg would help. I would appreciate any comments. Maybe I did something wrong. The recipe I used previously cut into nice slices which was nice for sandwiches the next day but I did like the taste of this meatloaf. Thanks :)

Ziti Chicken and Broccoli
This was delicious. I forgot to buy artichokes so didn't include them. I doubled the amount of cheese & used about 2 Tbsp. corn starch. Since my family likes a little more spice in their food I did not bread & fry the chicken, instead I decided to try marinating the chicken breasts using a bottled garlic herb marinade. My family loved it. Next time I will try using half and half as some reviewers suggested. Thanks for the recipe Lisa.
