Glazed Meatloaf I
This was a very good tasting meatloaf however, it did not stay together when sliced. I am not sure if it was too moist or whether another egg would help. I would appreciate any comments. Maybe I did something wrong. The recipe I used previously cut into nice slices which was nice for sandwiches the next day but I did like the taste of this meatloaf. Thanks :)
