Taco Seasoning I
I'm only giving this 4 stars because I had to fool around with different types of chilis to get the best flavour. I use Dried Ancho Chilies that I get at a local Mexican grocery store. Using them this recipe is fantastic!!!! I also use about 1/8 tsp cayenne powder instead of the hot pepper flakes, just feel it mixes in better that way. Love this recipe - thanks for posting!!!

These did not taste like speculaas at all to me, and I was born and raised into a dutch family, so I definitely have a lot of personal experience!! They tasted like a bland sugar cookie to me, with a hint of spice. They definitely need more zip and perhaps some molasses as well to intensify the flavour. Just throwing ideas out there. Not sure if I will bother trying to make these again, even with alterations, sorry. My kids ate one and didn't ask for more, which is a pretty strong statement.

Pizza Dough I
This recipe is pretty good for what it is: a quick, no rise pizza crust. In a pinch I'd use it again, but not for a pizza I was planning ahead for. For that I'd use a 'regular' style pizza dough to get an airy, puffy crust. This crust was pretty flat and solid and got quite hard on the edges. However, I gave it 4 stars because I actually didn't expect it to be as good as it turned out to be. Thanks for posting!
