Fresh Salsa

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2006
I like to add some green and/or red pepper and a splash of lime juice to my fresh salsa. Definately let it sit for at least 24 hours to soak up all the flavors!

Tomato Basil Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2008
Delicious! A great way to use up fresh tomatoes and basil from the garden. I chopped the onions and mixed it in with the dressing. Even the kids gobbled it up.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
so delicious! Very soft and sweet! I even substituted 1 cup whole grain flour for the all purpose flour and they turned out great. I also reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup. And I think next time I'll reduce a little more... they were good, but I dont think they need to be so sweet.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: May 2, 2011
Absolutely delisious! I made banana muffins. I sprinkled the cinnamon/sugar mixture on top of the muffins before baking. For 24 muffins (1/2 of this recipe), I baked for 35 minutes. Muffins are so moist!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
I put extra cheese on top rather than the breadcrumbs. My family, adults and children all said it was the best mac and cheese they have ever had.

Sweet and Sour Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2005
I have made this over and over again. It is a staple recipe in our family now. The only changes I make are, I use 1lb ground beef and 1/2 lb ground sausauge, I use about 1/4 cup diced oniion in place of the dried minced onion and I add 1 clove garlic to the sauce since we love garlic. EXCELLENT recipe!

Amazing Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2011
very good if you like some heat! This was perfect for my hubby and I who like the heat, but I will have to use less hot sauce next time for th kiddos. Very nice flavor though. I grilled mine in a grill pan with some snow peas, green beans, onion and pepper and served over brown rice for a nice tastey but healthy dinner

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2009
This recipe makes an awesome cookie! I didnt have the mini muffin pans so cooked them in a regular pan (bigger balls of dough) and they were great. Made about 28 cookies instead of 40.

Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2005
These ribs turned out awesome. I actually cooked on indirect LOW heat for about 4 hours. The meat fell off the bone. I will try a bit less chili powder next time. Just my personal tast preference.
