Cheesy Herb Bread

This made a nice addition to our Italian meal, but it just wasn't fantastic. Usually my brother loves any type of Italian/garlic bread with his spaghetti, but this didn't do much for him. Tastes good though.

Wild Blueberry Muffin Tops

Besides looking cute, these muffin tops were delicious. My mom said they were good, and believe me, that says a lot!!! Very simple, very easy.

Baked Corn

Thanks for the great recipe!! Everyone in the family enjoyed it. I cut the recipe in half, using a small box of corn muffin mix, and small serving cans of whole-kernel corn and creamed corn, which worked great! It came our very nicely and made for a warm meal.

Cheater's Enchiladas

We always have lots of leftovers when I try a new recipe, so I cut this recipe down when I tried it! No leftovers, and everyone loved it! Next time I will have to make more :) I did use red enchilada sauce to please my little brother, who would have made a face at green sauce though!

Mom's Applesauce Pancakes

Oatmeal Cinnamon Chip Cookies

The whole family loved these--and they weren't chocolate chip cookies for once! The taste is so addicting and new. Great, great recipe. And we finally have cinnamon chips in our area :)

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

I thought this cheesecake was delicious. I even used Neufatchel cheese with great results. I did need to bake the cheesecake a few minutes longer, but that was no problem. My sister would have been just happy with the cookie dough :) But we all loved it!

Santa Fe Soup

This recipe is very easy to make, but it had mixed reviews at my house. My brothers thought there were too many tomatoes. I thought it was a little runny (but I did use light processed cheese). The overall taste was fine though.

Brunch Omelet Torte

My parents are vegetarian, so I made the torte without the ham, but the result was still great. My family enjoyed a "breakfast for dinner" meal last night thanks to this recipe. It came out of the oven and looked so beautiful too!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

The ratings by everyone else speaks for itself, but just to add my input--I made this recipe three times in a row after I tried it the first time because the cookies turned out so wonderfully. I've used both chocolate and vanilla pudding and they both taste great. I cook with egg substitute and "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" and that was no problem! My brothers love their big sister when I make these :)

Reese's® Chewy Chocolate Cookie

These are some yummy cookies! I have made them many times, and they are always good. I use reduced calorie margarine and egg substitute, but the cookies are still delicious! My sister is a Reese's fanatic, so of course, they go by quickly :)

Grasshopper Mint Pie

I make a lot of desserts and my dad is always the one with a good word--he is my dad after all--but for this pie, my dad said it was one of my best--and that means a lot! It is so simple to make, yet so delicious too. I actually froze the pie and it was wonderful.

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Cookies

At Epcot in Disney World, the Land Pavilion is hosted by Nestle and you can buy the Orginal cookies there (in grand size no less!). My family always has to splurge for these treats whenever we visit. Making them at home, we are always happy with the results. Try the milk chocolate morsels, too, because they are great!

Holiday Peppermint Bark

This is tlike one of the kinds of candy my aunt makes for her delicious candy tray at Christmas and they are always the first to go! I've tried this recipe myself and it always tastes as good as the Christmas memories it brings!
