Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Used one 3.5-lb chicken, decreased salt, added 1 tsp Chicken Seasoning and 1 tsp brown sugar. Rubbed olive oil all over the chicken before rubbing with spices. I placed 1/2 onion, 3 cloves garlic, and 1/2 lemon in the cavity of the chicken, and I only marinated for 4 hrs. Roasted mine for 3.5 hrs at 250 F.
Good, and quite juicy, but not as flavorful as expected. Pretty close to store-bought rotiserrie, though. Would make again, but will continue tweaking.
