Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2014
This was very simple to make. I did make some changes. I used chili powder instead of looking for the paste. I used chopped cilantro leaves instead of purchasing fresh ones and cutting it up. I also added shrimp to the pasta and garlic bread as a side. It didn't take long at all to make. After finishing up, I did have to add a bit of season salt before the flavor was very bland. After that it was quite delicious.

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2014
This was simply amazing. Not only the taste, but the process to make it. I thought making quiche would be difficult, but this is one of the easiest recipes I've done from AllRecipe. I did make a few changes. I didn't use croutons at all. I also added a 9in deep dish pie crust.(I just love the taste of pie crust) I actually sautéed my onions and greens peppers before mixing it. It just brought the taste out a little more. I wish I took the advice of another reviewer and used garlic powder because it sounds delicious. One main important thing is to drain the spinach as much as you can..you don't want moist quiche. Lastly, I didn't cook it on 325 instead I used 360 and left it in for an hour and 15mins. Again, this was a simple recipe and the taste worth it.

INCREDIBLE Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2014
This was really really simple to make. I followed the recipe exact. Literally took less than 20 mins, which is a plus. I too had difficulty finding the raspberry tidbits, so I ordered them from Amazon and received it the following day with my membership. The cookie itself is good. I just find the raspberry too sweet. Overall, I will make these again probably a different filling.

Spinach Arancini

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2014
This does take a lot of time to make, but it's well worth it. I actually followed each step while making this except for the refrigerating part. Like a previous reviewer, I too am impatient so I put it in the freezer, cut the time in half. I would recommend using marinara sauce or some type of dipping sauce. It makes it that much better. Overall it was another hit in my household.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2014
This was a hit in my household. Instead of making two loaves, I used a cake bundt and the rest I was able to make 6 muffins. This was my first time making it and yes, I did give myself a pat on the back.
