Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2014
Excellent recipe. I used gala apples just picked yesterday, from new Paltz, ny. I added cinnamon at the end of baking and used a whole wheat crust. Really exceptional!

Miso and Soy Chilean Sea Bass

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2014
We found this recipe easy to prepare and delicious! The sea bass melts in your mouth and this marinade gives it fabulous, but not overwhelming flavor.

Marshmallow Squares

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2014
Amazing! Always wanted to make marshmallows and the crumb shortbread bottom set it off beautifully with a slight almond taste. A real keeper. I photographed the many steps, so worth the effort.

Sugar Snap Peas with Mint

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2014
A fresh, easy to prepare dish. We liked it with our dinner and even snacked on it cold, later on.

Creamy Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2014
Amazing! This really smells fabulous, a wonderful banana aroma that drew my family in. The one recipe made two large loaves for me, much to my family's delight! This was delicious, easy, clear and concise directions. I highly recommend it and will be making it again soon.

Easy Mini Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2014
Excellent and super easy! I used shredded cheddar as we do not like Swiss and I added sweated, diced Vidalia as I was too lazy to grate the onion. I used old asiago cheese bread as I did not have enough loaf style. I did both standard cupcake style, that my family ate for dinner with a green salad, and the 24 super mini, picture enclosed, for a party I had that evening. The one recipe made enough for both and the bite size mini quiches were a huge hit. I will make this quite often. A definite keeper.
