Napa Cabbage Salad
I made this salad tonight for a quick meal for my husband and I...VERY GOOD!! I used the food processor to slice up the cabbage and this was ready in 15 minutes. I added 1/2 head of red cabbage, shredded and 1 medium red bell pepper, diced. Also added 1 cup of the preshredded "broccoli slaw" for the grocery store and tossed it all together. Excellent. Will definitely make again! Thanks for sharing.

Italian Sausage Soup
This soup was great. Chunky and hearty - just perfect for autumn. I used ground italian sausage (1/2 hot, 1/2 sweet) and frozen chopped spinach (since the grocer didn't have any fresh). It still turned out great.

Banana Crumb Muffins
These muffins are delicious!! I added some fresh grated nutmeg to the top of mine and it imparts a great flavor to the finished product. I also added 2 more bananas - the moisture was just right. The aroma that fills your home while they are baking is just awesome. Must try!!
