Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I thought this recipe was going to be great,a big disappointment. The chicken came out delicious. I choped the chicken breast into cubes. The cooking time was only three hours for the chicken, after putting in the biscuits it took forever. After cooking it for an additional three hours the biscuits weren't done. Also the consistency was very thick. Although my family didn't want to hurt my feelings, I could tell they didn't like it. Not a good recipe, I will never make it again.

Burrito Pie

This was delicious. My son loved it. My family thought it was like the mexican pizza you get from Taco Bell, only thicker and more flavorful. Will make again. Only, if you have a small family you might want to make a smaller batch. This recipe makes a lot, unless you like a lot of leftovers. I have a family of four and we ate it for two days plus we took some to work. Very Yummy!!!

Deviled Eggs I

A very good recipe for deviled eggs. I made them for Christmas and everyone loved them, gone in no time, I even doubled the recipe. The only thing I would suggest is adding a pinch of garlic salt, pepper and a dash of hot sauce such as Tapatio salsa picante. I also used Heinz yellow mustard instead of the powder and a little more mayo. I like the consistency a little more creamy. Very good!

Nick's Favorite Cherry Pecan Bread

This is the best cherry bread I have ever had. Everyone loved it, I even made care packages for Christmas with the bread and cherry butter and everyone raved. Very, very good. I changed the pecans to slivered almonds. I have been asked to make it for next Christmas and I have even been asked to make it just for a morning treat. Great!!!!!!!! Thanks Nick!
