Hot Dog Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2007
I was not sure about it but had leftover hot dogs from a cookout and gave it a try. The only things I changed were 1-splashing worchestire sauce over the noodles 2-cooking the spinach with pepper and garlic salt 3-adding a top layer of cheddar cheese and 4-used the real bacon crumbles (for ease). I also seasoned the top with garlic salt and pepper. B/f making it i was concerned with the spinach bed, but it was not so spinachy. The flavors went well together. I will try this recipe again for a different taste. My hubby said that he would have like saurkraut on the side.

Spinach Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2006
I think Spinach Sticks would be a more appetizing name than Spinach Brownies. But they were yummy. I added garlic and red pepper flakes and dipped them in tomato sauce, like mozzarella sticks.

Yummy & Easy. I used cooking spray instead of butter for the pans, and it worked great.

London Broil II

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2006
VERY Flavorful. My husband ate on it all week. Leftovers at our house typically get thrown out the next day due to lack of interest. I marinated overnight.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2005
very yummy. i like pecans. This time, I conservatively doubled the amount of nuts. I think there were just enough after doubling. Next time I will do a heaping double of nuts. I used margarine and could not tell a difference. I made two recipes one by just spray the bottom of the pan and the other by using the foil. Both worked well. I also made one with just choco and the other with butterscotch. Butterscotch was everyone fav. Both Yummy, though.
