Mediterranean Summer Tomatoes
I recently made this, and it was wonderful. I followed the directions to the T, and the only thing that I added, was a little organic brown sugar to the oil and vinegar. Everyone loved it, and had to make more, just remember to allow time for marinade flavors to blend before serving.

Cocktail Meatballs IV
WONDERFUL!!!. Unfortunantly There were not any mild chili sauce at my grocer, and I was stuck with buying HOT, the chinese or Japanese kind and when they say HOT they mean HOT. They were still very good, just made you want to drag your lips on the ground like a dog..LOL. Just be careful if you have to buy the HOT sauce because it is nothing like the others, but the meatballs were still wonderful.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs
WOW, what a wonderful recipe. Unfortunantly I was not able to find regular chili sauce at the grocery, and had to get hot, if you are stuck with getting the HOT sauce, do not use the entire 1/4 cup, it is so spicy that it will make you drag your lips on the ground like a dog, and sure left the tongue tingling for some time. This recipe is wonderful, but will have to send these hot one to the fire station with my husband, and I will make another batch with much less chili sauce. Wonderful recipe.
