Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2008
i give it two stars because it is easy... but it tastes easy (i thought it was yucky) and only one of my kids would eat it with bribery... the other decided it wasn't worth it.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2006
My whole family liked this one, I loved it because it was so simple to make and I had everything on hand. My 2 year old liked it, and even my husband (who doesnt like "cream saucces") loved it. Next time, it needs more cheese to cover the top and maybe some bread crumbs also to all some texture.

Pepperoni Dip II

I wasn't too excited about the taste of this. I thought it was rather plain but the guests at my party said it was good, so I give it 4 stars. I served it with breadsticks.

Bahama Mama

I make these after a long day as a stay-at-home mom. They are refreshing and make you wish you were at a nice warm beach enjoying it. Not too alcohol tasting.

Valerie's Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2005
This is so tasty. It makes a huge amount but I plan to explore how it tastes on things other than fruit... maybe as a cake icing or filling. It is sweet but not overpowering.

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2005
I just ate one bite, saving the rest for dinner. I made it ahead and put it in the fridge... I think it needs more cooking time but it was pretty good. Not my mom's but it was easy and tasty. Can't wait for the mashed potatoes and nice slice for supper!

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2005
I made this last week and my husband ohh and ahhed over it. I thought it was ok (but I am not a huge fan of ground meat) and it made a huge amount for the two of us. I don't have a crock pot so I just cooked it on 200 for a few hours in a pot. I served with mashed potatoes and the gravy was very good.

Chicken Scampi I

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2005
I made this last night, we had it at Olive Garden and my husband loved it so I tried my hand at it. I think it needs more sauce, once it boiled there was hardly any left over to pour on the chicken. Therefore, it was a little dry and our pasta (which I served with it) was very dry. Next time I will double the sauce and marinate with some and reserve the other part to serve with. I will probably also use less oregano also, just because I thought it was a little too strong of a flavor. It was really easy to make though, and I will make it again really soon.
