Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2006
Just the name of this cake intrigued me so I made it for the first time this past weekend. It was amazing! I actually used strong coffee instead of the coffee liquor. I brought the cake to a party and once everyone was ready for dessert, it didn't last. I almost wished I baked 2 cakes! Excellent recipe!!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2007
Excellent recipe! Thanks so much! Instead of roasting my own garlic, I have found "roasted garlic alfredo" sauce at the supermarket and used that instead. It truly is similar to what you can find at various restaurants! I've made this twice in the past week for different gatherings and it's been a huge hit!!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Excellent, delicious and oh so easy recipe! I've made it twice now for summer (in the Carolinas so our summers start early!), weekend gatherings. Our friends just can't get over the fact that it's prepared in a crock pot! This recipe is a keeper. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful recipe!

Tangy Honey Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
I made this for a Christmas potluck dinner and it was a hit! I bought a spiral ham and it was accompanied with a glaze in a pouch but made this tangy honey glaze instead. I had enough left over for a sauce in case others wanted it...and they did! It had the right amount of tanginess from the dijon mustard and the citrusness from the orange and zest was just perfect, not too overpowering. I'll be making this everytime I make a ham! It's a keeper!

Easy Beef Wellington

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
I just can't say how much this wellington rocks and my husband, family and friends just can't get enough of it whenever I make this! I've made this NUMEROUS times, using either a whole tenderloin like the recipe calls for, but more times I've made individual Wellingtons, giving it more puff pastry for each serving. I do not use deli ham (I can't see ham replacing the traditional pate flavor in a Wellington). I just leave it and pate out. It's all about the madiera sauce too so I always double the batch! You won't go wrong making this and it's shamelessly so easy! Thanks for the recipe! Top of my list of "keepers"!!

Pecan Pie Tarts

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2012
Fabulous...but they did not last! I brought these in to share with my office. Those who were not fortunate to get one (or two or more) begged me to either make more or for the recipe! I'm planning to make another batch or two so that my family and friends can enjoy them too!
