Love it! I too used less salt but to be fair, I always use less salt the recipe calls for in ANY recipe. I made it without the sugar (I don't like sweet) and it was good as is but then I decided to add a little honey and I admit, it made it better. The vegetable oil is a good idea for a lighter taste. I like it a little heavier. I only had extra virgin olive oil on hand which is too heavy so I did half half veg oil and EVOO. In the end I added a squirt of stone ground mustard, fresh pepper and some dried onion. It was very good either way.

Cream of Mushroom Soup I
Excellent! I made it in the afternoon to go with dinner and I've already eaten 2 bowls! I hope I can save some for dinner. I tweaked it only a tad. I added a little minced garlic because well, I love garlic and as others suggested, I pureed a little over half the mixture is all. I like a few good chunks of mushroom. That's it, great recipe!

Lasagna Alfredo
I loved it! I used chopped up left over rotisserie chicken instead of chicken breasts, I used fresh spinach instead of frozen. I also added a small jar of marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped up, and some sliced baby Bella mushrooms. I do prefer to use the Alfredo sauce from the refrigerator section as opposed to the stuff in the jar. (sometimes I make my own but I was looking for easy) Of course I also threw in some diced onion and garlic as many others have mentioned. Last but not least, topped it off with a little fresh grated Parmesan. DEEEELISH! UPDATE: I made this again with a suggestion from my husband and it was fantastic! I added a layer of prosciutto. Way to go hubby for the idea!
