I just made this bread and thought it was absolutely awesome. It was indeed very moist and it was very heavy when I took it out of the oven. I, like some reviews suggested, added 1T vanilla, 1/4 c more of brown sugar, 1 t cinnamon, 1 t of nutmeg and added 1 c of chopped nuts because we love them. Also, I added brown sugar, 1 T butter, chopped nuts and cinnamon to the top of the bread. I thought it would burn before the bread was done, but it didn't and I think it makes the bread even better. It does take a lot of bananas (I used 7) and it has great flavor. It took longer to cook, about an hour and 20 minutes and it is just delicious. Definitely will make again.
