Delicious Black Bean Burritos

these are so easy and sooo good i added 2 tbls of hot salsa into the mixture i used whole wheat tortilla medium size ones i can make 4 to 5 burritos out of this recipe, and instead of full fat cream cheese i used 1/3 less fat WW one is only a 4 pointer..well worth making...

Deviled Eggs II

just made these today.. i usually dont add salt to much of anything i make but i went ahead and added some as stated in recipe and i wish i hadnt as the salt really stands out to me but that could be because i dont usually add any. so it maybe just fine to my coworkers when i present these to them tomorrow,, but over all with out the salt good recipe..

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Made this for dinner this evening turned out great i sauted baby Portabella's in a seperate pan due to my husband and daughter will not eat mushrooms when alfredo was all done i added the mushrooms to my dish will deff make again i used 4 cloves of garlic but will add more next time.. and maybe will add some peas.. thanks for sharing.. 2 thumbs up

Halibut with Zesty Peach Salsa

I didnt use the Halibut as i have a very hard time cooking fish so i grilled chicken on the BBQ and used this Peach salsa for topping the grilled chicken it was awesome even my hubsand like it went back for seconds

Crustless Spinach Quiche

this was my first time every trying to make a quiche let alone eat one it was awesome. i will be making it often.. i did add chopped garlic,some smoked chopped turkey left over from Christmas dinner and i used Italian cheese blend as that is what i had on hand that wasnt already in the freezer. very versatal recipe

Vegan Cupcakes

I have made these three times now and everytime they are perfect light and yummy even took them to work and coworker rave about them.second time i didnt have almond milk so i used 1 percent milk as well as didnt have the coconut oil used veggie oil instead i did add 3 tblespoons of Dark Cocoa powder and used my own homemade frosting they are amazing will be making them again this Thursdsday to take to work on Friday

Seared Sea Scallops

made these scallops tonight along side a nice green salad and fresh corn on the cob. the only thing i changed as i didnt have any one hand was the lemon pepper i used garlic seasoning instead and replaced olive oil with Avocado oil infused with lemon turned out very nice did have two cook an extra 2 minutes as they were too raw on the inside for me but over all very good will make again

Elegant Oyster Soup

very good soup i am only giving it a 4 star do to i thought it really needed alot more veggies, i added a red potato diced i cooked it in the micro wave first to soften it up before add it to the carrots,onions, and celery, i didnt use mushrooms as as i didnt think they belongs or the artichoke i used old bay seasoning along with thyme, salt and pepper and Cayenne. and i used half and half instead of heavy cream to cut back on the fat. next time i will use a little less butter maybe even use light smart balance in replace of the butter. but it was very good over all will be making it again. even my daughter that is groused out by oysters ate it..

Whole Wheat Refrigerator Rolls

wonderful dinner rolls i only made a few for tonights dinner with homemade soup. i went ahead and formed the rest in small balls and froze them to make cloverleaf rolls at a later date.. will be using this recipe often. i did however add 1/4 cup of honey to this recipe..very good thank you for sharing

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

This is my first time making Homemade bread it turned out wonderful i sprinkled Garlic salt just before putting it in the oven and then garnished with melted butter when it came out. only baked 25 minutes i will for sure be making this all the time..i did how ever add flax seed meal with the whole wheat flour apprx a 1/3 or a cup

Banana Cake VI

we loved this recipe it turned out very moist and yummy, i did use 2 cups white flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour, i also added chopped pecans which were wonderful. i dont like frosting so i didnt use it, this cake is wonderful with out all of the extra calories that come from the frosting.. but this cake is a deff keeper thanks for sharing

Spicy Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Oh my Lord this is awesome i made it tonight for dinner for me and my daughter i did not use the onion as i forgot to add it.. instead of white bread i used 100% whole wheat and i used monteray jack instead of american cheese and a whole jalapeno and had to have the roma's wouldnt have been as good with out them..this is a sure keeper, im not a big fan of grilled cheese but i tell you i love it this way..along side tomato soup look out what a quick dinner thanks for sharing

Lemonade Icebox Pie

this pie was very good has alot of taste not over powering, i did how ever make a few changes to it do to not having it on hand.i omitted the sweetened condensed milk as i did not have it instead i replaced it with 2 6 oz containers of light lemon yogurt did not use the lemonade as the yogurt had plenty of taste i shredded a Dove dark chocolate over the top before freezing

Holiday Chicken Salad

this recipe was very easy and quick to make, i did how ever have to change out the cranberrys as i did not have any on hand i did however replace them with a chopped apple, and i made this in a tortilla wrap sandwich to change out my husbands lunch give him something different, i add quacamole oh i did not have shredded chicken on hand either but i did use can chicken and it turned out great . will use this recipe again

Peach Pie

wonderful peach pie kudo's goes out to Marcia. this is my first attemp in making a peach pie very easy and very good i let it stand in the oven for an hour after shutting the oven off i did not add corn starch but i will next time it could have set just a little more but all and all this is a very good recipe i will surely be making this one again.thank you for sharing

Mexican Rice II

This is the best recipe i have to say i have been looking for a mexican rice recipe that is just like the restauants and this is it. i didnt have to add any salt which is great i dont like adding salt to foods. in my opinion this is better then restaurant rice.i will try using sodium free or sodium Chicken broth to cut down even more on the salt. but over all awesome recipe.. thank s for sharing.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

this was awesome way better then some of the Enchiladas you get from Mexican Resturants.will be making this again for sure. i made this along with Mexican rice from this site as well ..and home made Salsa from my own recipe,, wont be going out for Mexican anymore now if i can just get the hang of making beans...lol thanks so much for sharing this recipe.. i did make one change though i used red Enchilada sauce instead of the cream sauce on top..( Perfect )

Tater Tot Casserole III

very good casserole. but my lord it sure makes alot, i did not use the cornflakes for a topping it barely fit my 9x13 inch baking pan as it was,, i made turkey burgers along with it, it needed a protien the casserole along just wasnt going to cut it. i will how ever cut this recipe in half next time. thanks for the recipe
