Hello my name is Kim, I have been married for 10 years to a very wonderful man i have known since i was 7 years old. I have three children, Amber 28, Kristopher 27, Cheyenne 15 & 2 grandbabys Karissa & Isabel. I love working out and taking care of our Exotic Birds Kenji a 6 year old Blue & Gold Macaw & our sixth month old Goffin Cockatoo we love going to the Oregon coast to do power kiting.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos
these are so easy and sooo good i added 2 tbls of hot salsa into the mixture i used whole wheat tortilla medium size ones i can make 4 to 5 burritos out of this recipe, and instead of full fat cream cheese i used 1/3 less fat WW one is only a 4 pointer..well worth making...

Deviled Eggs II
just made these today.. i usually dont add salt to much of anything i make but i went ahead and added some as stated in recipe and i wish i hadnt as the salt really stands out to me but that could be because i dont usually add any. so it maybe just fine to my coworkers when i present these to them tomorrow,, but over all with out the salt good recipe..

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
Made this for dinner this evening turned out great i sauted baby Portabella's in a seperate pan due to my husband and daughter will not eat mushrooms when alfredo was all done i added the mushrooms to my dish will deff make again i used 4 cloves of garlic but will add more next time.. and maybe will add some peas.. thanks for sharing.. 2 thumbs up
