Hello my name is Kim, I have been married for 10 years to a very wonderful man i have known since i was 7 years old. I have three children, Amber 28, Kristopher 27, Cheyenne 15 & 2 grandbabys Karissa & Isabel. I love working out and taking care of our Exotic Birds Kenji a 6 year old Blue & Gold Macaw & our sixth month old Goffin Cockatoo we love going to the Oregon coast to do power kiting.

off hand cant think of anything that has gone wrong at this moment, i'm sure there was at least one or two.

Creamy Rice Pudding
OMG I ate half of this recipe myself if i would have made it earlier in the day i probably would have eaten it all myself I did use 2 cups of cooked rice and i cooked it untill it was really creamy and thick it is amazing warm or cold i do like my rice pudding on the cold side but hey i ate it both ways no complaints, i did add a little bit on almond milk when i put it in my bowl to add more creaminess didnt add raisins as i didnt have any on hand but didnt make a difference to me I LOVED IT !!!!

Black Bean Vegetable Soup
Just finished making this Vegi soup. i did what others suggested i added 3 cans of black beans. 1 celery stalk, 2 carrots. 1 can of green beans,and only 3 cups of chicken stock instead of veggi stock.and i used 1/2 cup ketchup to add more flavor

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
i made this today except i have not added the chicken or the noodles as of yet as i am using half of the stock for tortellini basil soup, and the other half for this chicken noodle recipe. i think i will buy a rotiserrie chicken and add it to my base, like other users i will only add enough noodles for what i will need so that i dont have them being left over and swelling ,,
