Sauteed Apples

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2007
I served this at my church. People ask for it all the time. I used canned apples instead and no one believes they are canned, I cook them with the main ingrediants, pour them in a metal tray and serve with a granola topping. It is faboulus... Tanks

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2007
The kids say they love it, Thank you for this recipe, from my littlest big girl. We used coconut oil instead of butter. It is awesome. They are very good just an extra 10 grams of coca powder made it just perfect with the right amount of chocolatieness as my 12 yr old son said. We made one regular bath and one batch with the extra coca powder. God Bless

Maple Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2007
Very Good. I enjoyed this recipe a lot I did alter it some though. Butter instead of Veggie oil, half the maple, the other half I used brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp maple extract. The warm maple brown sugar combo was awesome. Thank you.

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2007
Favolosamente splendido! Fabulously wonderful! Made two batches one in stand mixer, just let it rise in bowl with plastic wrap, then continued on. Set it near my stove to rise while I made home made pasta sauce. Worked out awesome. Rolled and shaped it into loaves. But I placed it straight on the cookie sheet, covered with non-stick foil. It rose then baked. Was definatly a delight. Will add probably an extra 1/2-1 tsp Salt next time. But definatly worth the effort to make. Next time I will make just one large two pound loaf for a large dinner though. I let it rise for a bit longer than the 40 minutes. Very nice, have been searching for a straight forward excellent Italian bread recipe for a while. I think I have found it. Thank you..so much for this.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2007
Definatly an ok recipe. But did not have the flavorful punch I was imagining. I did double the ingrediants except for the sugar. I might make again but will decrease the water, give it more kick. The roast was definatly tender though. As with all slow cookers do not cook to long. I'm giving it a four because I can tell that it has great potential to really zip. And who knows I may have got side tracked with the other meals I was preparing and dosed it with too much water myself. (But I don't think so.) Definatly great potential of a solid 5.
