Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

I've made these cookies many times. I love this recipe exactly the way it is. I have not had the problems other reviewers have had. These are not runny cookies at all. The only thing for me is I like to bake organic, so I buy organic bulk rolled oats & organic Thompson raisins in my local grocery store. I believe no matter what you are baking, quality ingredients are just as important as a great recipe. I use unbleached all purpose flour and have never had a problem, this cookie dough is always stiff and the cookies come out perfect every time. This will always be my go to for great oatmeal raisin cookies. Love them. Thanks

Thumbprint Cookies I

I've made this recipe many times and everyone loves them. I follow the recipe exactly and have had no problems. These are more of a shortbread cookie than a sweet cookie, that is what we like about them. I have so many cookie recipes it's nice to have one that isn't the sweetest cookie. I include these on holidays with my beautiful Italian butter cookies which are dipped in chocolate & have jelly in the middle & everyone loves that some are sweet & some are not. These beautiful cookies fit right in with our celebrations. We love them. Thanks for a great recipe.

The Best Lemon Tart Ever

Make this recipe exactly all the time. It's so good, the lemon filling sets perfectly every time. I use a tart pan where the bottom is removable pops out perfectly each time. Our friends & family are always happy to see this tart on holidays or get togethers. Decorate with powdered sugar... so tart & so sweet with the sugar on top just perfect. Thanks for a fabulous recipe. This recipe will always be in my recipe box.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I make these cookies all the time my family loves them. We love walnuts so I use a full cup of largely chopped walnuts instead of a half a cup. I use organic & all natural ingredients like Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips & Valrhona cocoa powder. I follow this recipe exactly & the cookie dough has the thickest consistency I've ever seen. The cookies don't spread out too flat they stay a bit puffed up beautifully. When we want to change it up a bit I add 1/2 cup to a whole cup of dried cherries...mmmm so good. Love this recipe it will always be a staple in our house. Thanks for the great cookies.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

I have made this twice in the last week it's so good. Followed the recipe came out great. The only thing.. I did mash the bananas with my potato masher. No issues. Delicious and moist the whole family loved it. This will be a staple in my recipe box.
